Modern style pale cask ale
A thirst quenching beer brewed using Maris Otter Extra Pale Ale Malt and hopped with Citra, Golding and Cascade hops, with the late addition of Mosaic Cryo hops, Cascade and Citra hops, creating a beautiful citrus aroma, with grapefruit, honey and mango on the palate, and a topical citrus finish. ABV. 3.9%.
